Refund policy

Returns & Exchange

All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory; because of this, we cannot offer a return or an outright exchange*. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit. For U.S. returns that exceed $100, the free shipping discount at the purchase will be deducted ($8.00) from the store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. To begin the return for store credit request, please go to our contact us page.

*In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
